When the IKONOS mission was launched in 1999 it was the first sub 1 m commercial satellite in orbit. After almost 15 years of sending crystal clear imagery back to Earth IKONOS was decommissioned by re-entering Earth’s atmosphere. You can find imagery from this mission in the European Space Imaging archive.
