PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you license products and services directly from European Space Imaging and/or Maxar, our Product Terms and Conditions will apply. These Product Terms and Conditions are referenced in your Order Agreement and together your Order Agreement, these Product Terms and Conditions and the applicable End User License Terms (see below) describe how you can use our products and services.

END USER LICENSE TERMS
These End User License Terms apply when our products and services are licensed directly from European Space Imaging and/or Maxar or through one of our authorized resellers. The license type that you purchase will be set forth in your Order Agreement if you license products directed from European Space Imaging and/or Maxar or your customer agreement or confirmation if you license products from a reseller.
INTERNAL USE LICENSE
The Internal Use License allows one legal entity or one agency to use our products for internal use.

GROUP LICENSE
The Group License allows the company or agency that licenses our products to use our products for its internal use and to share our products with its affiliates. The Group License 1 to 5 allows for sharing with up to four affiliates. The Group License >5 allows for sharing with an unlimited number of affiliates.

DISPLAY & MEDIA LICENSE
The Display & Media License allows one legal entity or agency to use and publish our assets across internal and external media, under the license terms.
