The EUSI imagery product line is derived from IKONOS, the world's first commercial high-resolution imaging satellite. Launched in September 1999 from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, IKONOS has revolutionized the geographical information industry. With a ground resolution of just 82 centimeter, and positional accuracy of 2 meter horizontally, this represents the most detailed, most accurate satellite imagery data ever available to commercial users.
With Space Imaging Middle East (SIME) as its main investor, EUSI is in a unique position to offer its European based clients a single channel to IKONOS images and products derived from EUSI and SIME cones, shown below. New imagery as well as archive data from both reception cones is instantly available through our Munich office.

New Way to Get Imagery and Related Products
With the establishment of EUSI, imagery products of Europe, North Africa and the Middle East are now easily and quickly available, and are updated on a regular basis. EUSI's products include a wide, and growing, range of custom and off-the-shelf geographic-based information products and services. These products satisfy our client's needs for tools to facilitate more efficient solutions to the region's most challenging economic, environmental and planning challenges. We are uniquely positioned to supply valuable Earth imaging-based information for a vast range of uses including local and regional government, infrastructure management, environmental monitoring, agriculture, transportation, and a variety of emerging consumer markets and national security.
EUSI's satellite imagery product line supplies new information previously unavailable for commercial applications, provides customers with information tools to aid in their decision making and business processes. Imagery products combine map-precise geometry with information-rich visual imagery in nearly unlimited varieties of detail and content at reasonable cost. Imagery products range from quick-look color and black-and-white imagery useful for monitoring specific natural and human events, to complex three-dimensional digital terrain models and stereo images useful for perspective scenes and animated fly-throughs.
